This curated pilgrimage takes you to the four sacred shrines of Uttarakhand—Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath—nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas. Established by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century, the Chardham Yatra is one of the most important spiritual circuits in India. With our helicopter services, this once physically demanding pilgrimage is transformed into a seamless and comfortable experience.

Upon your arrival at Dehradun Airport / Railway Station, a representative from The Travel Foot will warmly welcome you and assist you in boarding your designated vehicle for the transfer to your hotel.
On arrival at the hotel, you will be assisted with a smooth check-in to your pre-booked rooms. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax or enjoy personal activities.
Optional: If you arrive early, you may choose to explore Dehradun at an additional cost.

Yamunotri - The main shrine dedicated to Goddess Yamuna
After an early breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and be transferred to Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. From here, you will board a helicopter for a scenic 30-minute flight to Kharsali Helipad, the gateway to Yamunotri. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. After some time to freshen up, a palki (palanquin) will be arranged from the hotel (last motorable point) for your visit to Yamunotri Temple.
The trek to Yamunotri Temple is approximately 5.5 km one way, and the round trip takes around 5 hours. The palki, carried by trained porters, ensures a comfortable and smooth journey, especially for senior guests. At Yamunotri, seek blessings at the sacred temple dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, and visit the natural hot springs at Janki Chatti, which are considered highly auspicious. After darshan, return to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

NOTE: As Kharsali is the least developed among the Char Dhams, accommodation here will be basic, clean, and comfortable for a pleasant stay.

Gangotri- The main shrine dedicated to Goddess Ganga
After breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and be transferred to Kharsali Helipad for the onward journey. From Kharsali, you will board a scenic 30-minute helicopter flight to Harsil Helipad. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your hotel for check-in. After some time to relax and freshen up, you will proceed for Gangotri Temple darshan, located approximately 22 km from Harsil. The journey will be covered by a comfortable cab and takes around 50–55 minutes each way.
At Gangotri, seek blessings at the sacred temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India. After darshan, return to the hotel. In the evening, you may explore the serene surroundings of Harsil.

Kedarnath- A revered pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva
After breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and be transferred to Jhala Helipad in Harshil for the onward journey. From Jhala, you will board a scenic 30-minute helicopter flight to Guptkashi / Phata Helipad. Upon arrival, our representative will assist you with the transfer to your hotel for check-in. After some time to relax and freshen up, you will proceed to Kedarnath Temple darshan via a shuttle helicopter service.
From the Kedarnath helipad, the temple is located approximately 500 meters away, which can be comfortably covered on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The shuttle service operates on pre-assigned time slots issued by UCADA (Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority), ensuring a smooth, well-organised, and safe pilgrimage experience.After completing the darshan, you will return by shuttle helicopter to Phata / Guptkashi Helipad and proceed back to the hotel.

Badrinath- The main shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu in the form of Badrinarayan
After breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and be transferred to Guptkashi / Phata Helipad for the onward journey. From here, you will board a scenic 30-minute helicopter flight to Badrinath Helipad. Upon arrival, our representative will assist you with the transfer to your hotel for check-in. After some time to relax and freshen up, you will proceed to Mana Village, famously known as the “Last Village of India” due to its proximity to the Indo-China border.
Explore the key attractions of the region before returning to the hotel for lunch, followed by some leisure time. Later, you will proceed for Badrinath Temple darshan by cab. The temple is located approximately 1–1.5 km away, with a short drive of about 7–10 minutes. From the drop-off point, a comfortable walk of 200–300 meters leads to the temple entrance. Seek blessings at the sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu in the form of Badrinarayan. After darshan, return to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

- Mana Village: Explore Mana Village near Badrinath, the last Indian village before the Indo-China border, known for its rich culture and scenic Himalayan views.
- Bheem Pul: Visit Bheem Pul, a natural rock bridge over the Saraswati River near Badrinath, associated with the legends of the Mahabharata.
- Saraswati River: Witness the sacred Saraswati River near Mana Village, a powerful Himalayan stream believed to disappear underground.
- Ganesh Gufa: Discover Ganesh Gufa near Badrinath, where Lord Ganesha is believed to have written the Mahabharata.

Early in the morning, you will have the opportunity to attend the Special Abhishek Puja at Badrinath Temple (at your own cost). The puja begins around 4:30 AM and lasts approximately two hours, offering devotees a rare chance to sit inside the temple and witness the sacred Shringar of the deity from close proximity.
After breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and be transferred to Badrinath Helipad for the onward journey.
You will then board the helicopter for your return flight to Dehradun. Upon arrival, our team will assist you with the transfer to the Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.

Notes
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances, hotels may be changed to a similar category, subject to availability.
- Rooms are provided strictly on a double-sharing basis.
- For single occupancy, an additional charge of INR 40,000 per person (inclusive of taxes) will apply.
- In the event of bad weather or any unavoidable situation, any additional accommodation expenses will be borne directly by the guest.
Weight & Luggage Guidelines
- Due to limited luggage space in the helicopter, only 4–5 kg per passenger is permitted. Passengers are required to carry soft duffel bags only, which will be provided by our team; suitcases and trolley bags are strictly not allowed
- Due to helicopter weight limitations and safety regulations in hilly terrain, the operator reserves the right to reassign passengers between flights to maintain proper weight balance.
- Passengers travelling together may, therefore, be scheduled on separate flights Guests are requested to accurately declare their body weight at the time of booking. In case of any weight discrepancy detected during travel, which results in exceeding the aircraft’s total permissible weight limit (450 kg per flight), the concerned passenger(s) may be denied boarding, and the heli-tour may be cancelled without any refund.
Medical & Fitness
- As all temples in Char Dham are located at high altitudes, passengers with asthma or any other medical condition must consult a doctor and obtain a medical certificate before undertaking this yatra.
- All passengers undertaking this yatra must be medically and physically fit. Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops.
- All passengers are advised to carry their own personal medication along with first aid. The Travel Foot Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any medical emergency occurring on the ground during the yatra.
- Passengers are strongly advised, in their own interest, to consult a doctor and undergo a medical checkup prior to commencing the yatra, especially if suffering from any pre-existing medical condition.
- In case medical evacuation by helicopter is required, it will be chargeable at INR 1,85,000 per hour + UCADA royalty, landing charges, and applicable GST.
- Although daytime temperatures are generally normal at these locations, nights can be quite cold; therefore, passengers are advised to carry adequate woollen clothing.
Return Travel Advisory
- Passengers are advised to book evening flights or trains departing after 1800 Hrs as on the return day, as delays may occur in reaching Dehradun from Badrinath due to weather or operational reasons.
- Alternatively, passengers may consider booking their return flight or train for the next day to avoid any inconvenience caused by unforeseen delays.
Additional important note
- All Indian passengers are required to provide a copy of a valid governmentissued ID proof (such as AADHAR card, Voter ID, etc.), while foreign nationals must provide a copy of their passport.
- Any palki or porter charges at Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath will be borne directly by the passengers, except at Yamunotri, where palki service is included in the package.
- Network Connectivity: Network connectivity at Harsil and Badrinath is very limited. BSNL, Jio and Airtel are the primary telecom services that operate in these regions, though connectivity may still be inconsistent. However, our staff will remain with the passengers at all times to provide complete assistance and support.
- Kedarnath: Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath ji in a shuttle services flight. And it is likely that passengers travelling together may not be accommodated on the same flight.
- Guests opting for accommodation at Kedarnath Top will be provided basic category lodging with limited facilities, available at an additional cost.
- Passengers should be prepared for sub-zero night temperatures.

Puja Charges: ₹7,500 for upto 4 Person
The amount is to be paid in advance, so that the puja can be arranged and booked in advance on behalf of the guests

The arrangement of the Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath is subject to the availability of accommodation at Kedarnath Top, as an overnight stay is mandatory for performing the puja
