2.2 Quotation Validity
Prices displayed on the Website are based on group fixed departure rates applicable for a minimum group size of six (06) participants, unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change due to:

- Operational Conditions
A final quotation or invoice shall be issued by The Travel Foot Adventures Pvt. Ltd. after discussion with the respective traveler(s). Advance payment shall be requested only after the final itinerary, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed with the traveler(s).

2.3 Payment Terms
- A Minimum 30% Advance Payment Is Required To Confirm Any Booking.
- The Remaining 70% Balance Payment Must Be Completed At Least 30 Days Prior To The Departure Date.
For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, 100% payment shall be required at the time of booking unless otherwise approved in writing by The Travel Foot Adventures Pvt. Ltd.
Failure to complete payment within the prescribed timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
2.4 Payment Methods
Payments must be made only through official payment channels authorized by The Travel Foot Adventures Pvt. Ltd.
The Company shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized personal accounts, agents, representatives, or third parties.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Traveler
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the registered booking email address.
The effective cancellation date shall be calculated based on the date and time the cancellation request is received by The Travel Foot Adventures Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

3.2 No Show & Early Departure
No refunds shall be provided in the event of:
- No-Show
- Voluntary Trip Abandonment
- Late Arrival
- Early Departure From The Tour
- Unused Services, Accommodations, Meals, Transportation, Sightseeing, Or Activities
All unused services are strictly non-refundable.
