THE TRAVEL FOOT WALLET POLICY
The cancellation is processed strictly per The Travel Foot’s cancellation policy when you cancel your trip. A cancellation fee is deducted per the schedule, and the remaining amount is refunded as “The Travel Foot Wallet Voucher.” This voucher is valid for 12 to 24 months, depending on the days before cancellation. It can be redeemed for any trek, tour, or yatra organized by The Travel Foot.
How Do You Get THE TRAVEL FOOT WALLET VOUCHER?
If you decide to cancel your trip, send an email requesting cancellation. Within THREE BUSINESS DAYS, you will receive a response confirming your cancellation along with the voucher details, which will include:

- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be reissued or altered once issued.
- Based on the cancellation policy, validity ranges from 12 to 24 months from the issue date.
- The voucher can be used for any trek, tour, or yatra organized by The Travel Foot.
- The voucher can only be used for the same number of persons it was initially issued.
- Voucher must be used to settle due amount, cannot be redeemed to create a new booking.
- If you cannot use the voucher personally, you can gift it to a family member or a friend.
- The voucher can be extended beyond its expiry date, subject to a deduction percentage
- Once the voucher has been redeemed, the respective amount cannot be reissued
- Email at least 20 days before the trip start date to redeem the voucher for a new booking.
Voucher Extension Policy
- Extension for 3 months: Subject to a 15% deduction of the voucher amount.
- Extension for 6 months: Subject to a 30% deduction of the voucher amount.
- Extension for 12 months: Subject to a 45% deduction of the voucher amount.
Note: Remember, all extensions are subject to approval. It’s essential to request an extension 15 days before the voucher’s expiration date. Terms and conditions apply.
